    SHIPPING NOTICE

    Univair is experiencing staffing issues as many other companies in the United States. Currently we are running about 3 to 5 business days on being able to pick, pack and process your order for shipping. This 3 to 5 days is IN ADDITION TO shipping transit times - shipping transit times will be on top of this processing time.

    If you need your order faster you must upgrade your shipping to an express shipping service*. With that being said, the only services that are guaranteed by UPS/FedEx are Next Day services to U.S. addresses only (service guarantee subject to change without notice). If you pay for UPS/FedEx 2- or 3-day and it does not make it in the 2 or 3 days, please note UPS/FedEx do not guarantee delivery times on these services at this time. Univair will not refund or reduce your shipping charges if the shipping service has no guarantee from the carrier.

    Univair is continuing to use UPS and FedEx as our main carriers. We hesitate to use the U.S. Postal Service as they continue to have staffing problems and delivery delays that can take up to 4 weeks to arrive at your address. If you require USPS please make a note in the order comments box at checkout. If using a P.O. box, USPS is the only shipping method that we can use, and the U.S. Post Office does not guarantee delivery times to P.O. boxes. This is a "use at your own risk" shipping option as Univair has no control over the postal service or their employees once the packages are picked up by them.
