ERCOUPE PARTS CATALOG




                             INTRODUCTION AND ORDERING INFORMATION

               1.  This Spare Parts Catalog refers to all models of the Ercoupe airplane.


               2.  All parts are fully FAA approved, and manufactured under their quality control and inspection.

               3.  A price list is supplied as a separate supplement, arranged in numerical order.

               4.  Arrangement of this catalog is as follows:

                   a.  Group Assembly Parts List. This indicates and describes every assembly, sub assembly, and detail
                       part. Items listed are indented to show their relationship to one another, and serial numbers provided
                       to show application. The quantity required per assembly is also provided.

                   b.  Service Assemblies  (page  42-45). These  represent  major  assemblies  that  may  be  purchased  as
                       complete prefabricated units, assembled on jigs to assure correct fit and alignment. Detail parts are
                       also represented on these drawings to assist in ordering.

                   c.  Alphabetical Parts List. This is provided and arranged in a manner to assist in locating a particular
                       part using the principal noun name of the part, with figure, index, and part number provided.

               Ordering Information

               1.  Always give airplane serial number. This is mandatory in regard to fuel systems.

               2.  Advise part number, description and quantity when ordering. If ordering a “set”, advise whether for a
                   unit, such as a landing gear, or a complete airplane.

               3.  Always designate right or left hand, basing designation from the pilot’s position in the cockpit.

               4.  Refer to the Univair catalog for further hardware, service kits, and modifications not contained in this
                   catalog.

               5.  All parts will be forwarded C.O.D. unless prior arrangements have been made with our Accounting
                   Department. Open Account status is only considered where the applicant has demonstrated a reasonable
                   volume of business over a period of several months.

               6.  Material may not be returned without our prior consent, and must be accompanied by a packing list or
                   letter. A handling and restocking charge of 20% will be deducted, unless the shipper is at fault.

               7.  Shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days from receipt of material.

               8.  All claims for shortages or damage must be lodged with the delivering carrier. While we can ship
                   duplicate material, we will not enter into such adjustments, our responsibility ceasing upon delivery to
                   the carrier.

               This represents the first complete catalog available since 1947 covering the Ercoupe. We sincerely hope it
               will prove of value to Ercoupe owners and Service Agencies.
