Ordering Information



            WHEN ORDERING, ALWAYS SPECIFY THE FOLLOWING:

            1.  Year of manufacture, model, serial number and registration number.
            2.  Part name, number, type, and right or left hand. If you cannot identify the part by catalogue number, a
               sketch or picture and as much information as possible is necessary.

            3.  Method of shipment. We ship the most convenient way unless otherwise specified.

            PRICES:
            The prices quoted herein are our best prices and are F.O.B. our factory at Alliance, Ohio.


            As prices fluctuate with general conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice. Parts will be invoiced
            at prevailing prices at the time the orders are received.


            TERMS:
            Terms are cash and all orders will be sent COD unless check, money order or certified check accompanies order.
            Please include postage and state tax (if applicable) with paid orders. Surplus postage will be returned or credited
            to your account.


            Canadian orders must be accompanied by Postal or Bank Money Order payable in U.S. currency. No personal
            checks, no COD’s.

            RETURNS:

            No parts shall be returned without first securing written permission. All parts must be returned within thirty
            days. Transportation charges must be prepaid or returned parts or shipment will be refused. There will be a 10%
            handling charge for parts returned which are ordered in error. When returning merchandise to us, be sure to
            include date of purchase, invoice number, and full explanation for return. Credit will be given only if the return
            is in new-excellent resalable condition and with original container, if possible.

            We are not responsible for lost or damaged freight which you may have shipped to us as return merchandise.
            You are responsible as the shipper to file claim against the carrier.


            SHIPPING:
            For your protection, all shipments should be carefully inspected for in-transit damage as soon as received, and
            any resulting claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. Be sure to have the driver sign a copy of the
            freight bill with damage noted. If Parcel Post, have the postmaster complete the necessary form. If goods are
            discovered damaged upon inspection after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection report.
