THIS NON-PMA'D ITEM IS MADE TO ORDER. An "Owner/Operator Produced Article" form will need to be completed and submitted to LP Aero Plastics Inc. prior to production of this window. After you place your order with Univair, a sales representative will supply you with the appropriate form (the form can also be downloaded by clicking the button below). Typical turnaround time is 3 weeks AFTER LP Aero receives the completed form.
